I help B2B brands grow through strategy, stories, and the right people.
Content strategist, recruiter, and operational thinker with roots in management consulting and organizational psychology. I partner with lean teams to craft the narratives, find the right people, and build the systems that give them room to grow.
My work has always spanned storytelling, people, and process. Some of my client engagements need all three. Some need one or two done well. I have found they reinforce each other: great content needs the right people behind it, the right people need systems that let them do their best work, and good systems start with a clear story about what you’re building and why.
Content Strategy
I write for B2B SaaS, HR tech, and e-commerce brands. But I start with the business question, not the content calendar. What’s the narrative your market actually needs to hear? That thinking shapes everything from thought leadership and white papers to SEO articles and pitch decks.
Recruiting
End-to-end recruiting for UX writers, copywriters, and technical/creative roles. I spend time understanding what a role actually looks like day-to-day before I ever open a search. The I/O psychology background helps me screen for things a resume won’t show you.
Operations & Systems
Workflow design, documentation, and marketing operations for early-stage teams. When a team is growing fast and things start falling through the cracks, I help figure out what needs structure and what just needs to be written down.
My Work
My Story
I grew up across four cities and three continents: São Paulo, Zurich, Houston, and Miami. Moving that often as a kid teaches you to read rooms fast, communicate across cultures, and figure things out on the fly. Those instincts never really turned off.
I studied finance at Notre Dame, then joined Bain & Company where I learned to take complex, messy problems and turn them into clear strategies. From there, I followed my curiosity about what actually makes people and organizations tick, earning a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School.
That combination became the lens through which I do everything. I joined Five to Nine as a founding team member, eventually becoming Director of Product. Over nearly four years, I wore every hat: led the engineering team, wrote every blog post and white paper, designed the pitch decks that helped us raise over $1M, and built the content engine that drove 200% traffic growth. Clients included Upwork, MasterClass, and DoorDash.
Today, I work as a strategic partner for lean teams. My clients come to me when they need someone who thinks about how content ladders up to business goals, how the right hire changes a team’s trajectory, and how good processes save dozens of hours a week.
When I’m not working, you can probably find me making music, catching a concert, hiking somewhere in Colorado, or planning my next trip.
Where I’ve Been
Strategic content and recruiting for B2B SaaS, HR tech, and e-commerce brands. Key clients include SHRM Labs (20+ thought leadership articles), Contentstack (e-books, case studies, blog content), UpLead (SEO-driven articles), and Ventriloquent (UX writer recruiting).
Led product, content, and fundraising for a B2B SaaS employee engagement platform. 140% increase in active usage, 200% traffic growth, and $1M+ raised from Kapor Capital and Morgan Stanley. Clients included Upwork, MasterClass, and DoorDash.
Built and managed a 30+ person street marketing operation. Created training and onboarding infrastructure that drove 5x growth in app downloads across Chicago.
Implemented ~$10M in IT cost savings roadmaps. Built cost models and customer-specific solutions for enterprise clients in communications and foodservice.
Talent Acquisition
Good Hiring Is a Strategy,
Not a Checklist.
I’ve recruited across startups, agencies, and enterprise teams: building a 30-person street marketing operation at a transportation tech company, hiring the founding product team at an HR tech startup, and placing UX writers and content designers through a content design agency, a pharmaceutical tech firm, and a recruiting agency. My psychology background means I assess for culture and growth potential alongside skills, and that’s why my placements stick.
Most job descriptions are a wish list. Most resumes are a highlight reel. The gap between the two is where most hiring goes wrong.
I spend time understanding the actual shape of a role: the unwritten parts, the team dynamics, the growth path. All of that comes before I ever open a search. And I screen for the things a resume can’t show you: how someone thinks under ambiguity, whether they’ll still be energized by this work in 18 months, how they give and receive feedback.
That’s the I/O psych background at work. And it’s why the people I place tend to stick.
Tailored Search
Every search is customized to align with the role, the team culture, and where the company is headed. Well beyond checking boxes on a job description.
Streamlined Vetting
I handle initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit, so you only meet people worth your time.
Flexible Model
Contract-based approach helps teams scale up or down without long-term commitments, so you can grow without overcommitting.
